Step 2: Hemp Flower Plant Processing

After harvest, the plants are dried. Then, the buds - also called flowers - are removed from the dried plants and stored in a climate-controlled environment until needed. To make our high-quality CBD oil, we only use the buds. Just before CO2 extraction, the buds are milled, similar to grinding coffee beans before brewing.

Step 3: Exclusive Extraction

Our full spectrum CBD oil tinctures begin with USDA certified organic hemp that is milled and extracted using a proprietary USDA certified process. The oil then undergoes a series of USDA organic certified purification steps to produce a pure, honey-colored CBD oil free of solvents, pesticides, fats, waxes, and other unwanted plant material. This full spectrum oil, which contains a small amount of THC, is used to create our USDA certified organic CBD tinctures.

Step 4: THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) Removal

Our broad spectrum oil undergoes a unique, proprietary chromatography process certified organic by the USDA to remove THC. This specialized process is expensive, which is why authentic USDA organic broad spectrum CBD products remain so rare. Our broad spectrum lab reports clearly show that our products contain zero percent (0.0%) detectable THC.

Established Nanoemulsion Technology

Our nano softgels require additional processing of our premium hemp oil, transforming it into water-soluble, nano-sized particles through a proprietary technique; this enables greater absorption and enhanced efficacy of the oil. In addition to our nanoemulsion process, we use other proprietary technology to create the water-soluble CBD powder used in our dog treats. Since the body has difficulty absorbing oil, water-soluble CBD is more bioavailable—around 60% of the body is made of water, so water-soluble CBD can be more readily absorbed. USDA Organic Certifying Agencies have not yet certified any company's water-soluble CBD products. Once certification begins, we will be prepared to obtain it for our products.
